How long does the service take?
Most hardwood floor cleaning appointments take about 1 to 2 hours, depending on the size and condition of the area. Larger jobs or additional polishing may take a bit longer, but we always keep you in the loop with timing.

Does this process remove scratches?
Our process is excellent for removing dirt, grime, and minor surface imperfections. While it won’t remove deep gouges, many light scratches become significantly less noticeable after a deep clean and polish. If you’re dealing with more serious floor damage, we can help prepare your hardwood for refinishing services. For deeper scratches, refinishing prep may be needed.

Will there be a chemical smell?
Not at all. We use eco-friendly wood floor cleaning products that are free of harsh chemicals, synthetic fragrances, or volatile compounds. You’ll notice a clean, fresh scent and nothing more. It’s completely safe for children, pets, and anyone with chemical sensitivities.. You can walk barefoot right after we’re done!
